The short version: Popd is a platform that connects Popmart collectors so they can trade and buy figures. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We are not responsible if a trade goes wrong between two collectors. Be honest, be safe, and treat other collectors the way you'd want to be treated.
1. Who we are
Popd is an online platform located at popd.trade that connects Popmart collectors for the purpose of trading and buying collectible figures. We are not affiliated with POP MART International Group or any of its brands.
By using Popd — including our waitlist, website, or any future app — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. What Popd is and isn't
Popd is an introducer platform. This means:
- We connect collectors who want to trade or buy figures from each other
- We are not a party to any transaction between users
- We do not own, inspect, or verify the figures listed on the platform
- We do not guarantee that any trade or purchase will go smoothly
⚠️ Important: Any agreement to trade or buy a figure is solely between the two users involved. Popd is not responsible for what happens between collectors once they have been introduced through our platform.
3. Who can use Popd
To use Popd you must be:
- At least 13 years old
- If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian
- Able to form a legally binding agreement in your country
By joining our waitlist or using Popd, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. User responsibilities
When using Popd you agree to:
- Only list figures that you actually own and have the right to trade or sell
- Be honest and accurate in your descriptions — condition, packaging, edition
- Only list genuine, authentic Popmart figures — no counterfeits or replicas
- Treat other collectors with respect at all times
- Keep all communication on the Popd platform until you feel comfortable
- Not use Popd for any illegal purpose
- Not attempt to scam, deceive or defraud other users
- Not share another user's personal information without their consent
🔒 Safety reminder: Never share your home address in chat until you are completely comfortable with the other person. Use tracked shipping so both parties can confirm delivery. Take photos of the figure and packaging before sending.
5. Counterfeit and fake figures
Listing a counterfeit or replica Popmart figure as genuine is strictly prohibited. If we discover a listing is fake:
- The listing will be removed immediately
- The user's account may be permanently banned
- We may report the matter to relevant authorities if appropriate
If you receive a figure you believe is fake, contact us at hello@popd.trade and we will investigate.
6. Our liability
Popd provides a platform to connect collectors. We are not responsible for:
- The quality, authenticity or condition of any figure listed or traded
- Any loss, damage or disappointment arising from a trade or purchase
- Disputes between users
- Figures lost or damaged in transit
- Any technical issues, downtime or errors on our platform
📋 In plain English: If a trade goes wrong between two collectors, that is a matter between those two people. Popd introduced them — we are not the seller, the buyer, or the delivery service. We will always try to help where we can, but we cannot be held legally responsible for the outcome of individual transactions.
7. Content you post
When you post listings, photos, or messages on Popd:
- You confirm you own the rights to any photos you upload
- You give Popd permission to display your content on the platform
- You remain the owner of your content
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms
8. Accounts and banning
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that:
- Lists fake or counterfeit figures
- Scams, deceives or defrauds another user
- Harasses, threatens or abuses another user
- Violates any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Attempts to take transactions off the platform to avoid safety measures
9. Popd is in development
Popd is currently in its early stages. The platform is being built and things may change, break, or be updated without notice. By joining our waitlist you acknowledge that:
- The final product may look and work differently to what has been shown
- Features may be added, changed or removed
- We cannot guarantee a specific launch date
10. Intellectual property
Popd, its logo, name and design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission. Popmart, Labubu, Skullpanda, Molly, Dimoo and all associated character names are trademarks of POP MART International Group. Popd is not affiliated with or endorsed by POP MART International Group.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as Popd grows and develops. If we make significant changes we will update the date at the top of this page. If you are on our waitlist we will email you to let you know.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. If you are based in the UK or EU, your local consumer rights laws also apply and are not affected by these terms.
